MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL

Dear Parents and Carers

This Sunday, September 8, we celebrate the Feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. This special day marks the birth of Mary, the mother of Jesus, and invites us to reflect on her life of faith, humility, and unwavering trust in God.

As a school community, we take this opportunity to honour Mary and be inspired by her example of love and service.

Loving God,
Today we celebrate the birth of Mary, the mother of Jesus.
Thank You for her gentle spirit, her strong faith, and her open heart.
Help us to follow her example by saying “yes” to You each day,
And by showing kindness and love to those around us.
May Mary’s life inspire us to walk humbly and faithfully in Your light.
 Amen.

We will come together as a school community to celebrate the Feast Day of the Nativity on Monday, September 9th, at 10:30 am in the Mary McKillop Hall. All are welcome to attend and celebrate this special day.

We have had a jam-packed and exciting Term 3 so far, and Week 7 was no exception! It’s been wonderful to see so many fantastic achievements across our school community — a big congratulations to all our students for their hard work and dedication.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our amazing Father’s Day Breakfast. It was heartwarming to see so many happy faces — students, dads, grandads, carers, and special friends coming together to celebrate.

I am so grateful to our dedicated staff for making this event (and so many others) possible. Your hard work behind the scenes doesn’t go unnoticed — thank you!

Let’s keep the positive energy going as we head into the final weeks of Term 3.

Maria
