Dear Parents and Friends of St Mary’s,

We have had a busy start to the term, with the students settling into the routines and expectations of a new term.

Our Integrated Unit this Term is “Living Things”, and our students will concentrate on the Life Cycles of Plants and Beautiful Butterflies and the Behavioural, Physiological and Structural adaptations of plants and animals. In my classroom visits, I have seen the students enthusiastically engage in the topic, and I look forward to sharing their learning.

We welcome back Mrs Owens, who has enjoyed a wonderful six weeks Long Service Leave travelling far and wide. Deb will return to work on Monday, October 16th, and we look forward to hearing about her many adventures.
